Liquorice and Raspberry Mojito
½ dl light rum
1 dessert spoon Sweet Liquorice Syrup or Salty Liquorice Syrup
8 coarsely chopped mint leaves
6 fresh raspberries
½ tsp. Raw Liquorice Powder
1 freshly pressed lime
Sparkling mineral water, Ice cubes (better if crushed)
Dissolve the liquorice powder and liquorice syrup in the light rum. Mix the lime juice, mint leaves and raspberries into the drink and stir until juice comes out of the raspberries. Top up with ice-cubes and mineral water and enjoy in good company! Enough to make two drinks.
