Made with raw liquorice powder and a mix of blackcurrant, cranberry, strawberrys and lemon, each piece of liquorice has a deep, dark red colour. With its characteristic firm and chewy bite, this red liquorice is not like any other typical Australian style product. I tried some and ate the whole pot in under 15 minutes. Did I feel guitly, of course but it was delicious.
Glucose syrup, rice flour, invert sugar syrup, cane sugar, blackcurrant juice (concentrated), cranberry (dried), rapeseed oil, lemon concentrate, 0,5% raw liquorice, strawberry flavour, glazing agent: shellac.
